The bonder just didn't have enough healing. The other problem for monks is going to be that the damn rotscale hench dragons put down Quickening Zephyr. If you don't have your energy management down very well you're not going to do much.

I also noticed that we could get the warrior to hold aggro but as soon as I approached to cast SS aggro would shift to me immediately. (Yes, I was staying out of aggro range... you should be able to cast right at the edge of it.) Then it was a barrage of Incendiary Arrows + Dual Shot + Poison Arrows + every other thing. Then old Rotscale would step in and FoC + DE me.

Did I mention Rotscale seems to have inzane healing and the hench dragons have a nice Troll Unguent?

Meh... it was our first try...
Take a Smiting Monk to cast SOJ on warrior he can do that from well out of aggro

Verata is one of the level 24 bosses, and the lvl 24 mesmer boss is right below her. The level 28 necro boss is nearly right inside the zone. All may contain green drops, but idk.

We managed to kill him in a five man group but not an eight man, go figure. The five man group we had one monk two mesmers and elementalist and ritaulist. After we died each time taking out everything Rotscale, he was the only one left. My Rit set up was, Anguish Was Lingwah, pain, Recuperation, union, shilter, Dissonance, Soul Twisting {Elite}, Lively Was Naomei. took some time and it was a pain, but we where lucky because we trapped him.

Its about to hit 24 hours on this update, and we still haven't found Ele, Monk, and a sword.

Warriors have ALWAYS gotten more choices than others in updates, because they have more equipment choices.

Anyway..theres an Axe and a Hammer so no sword would make me go "*shrug*"

Saying greens are prestigous in any way shape or form is hurtful to any old trader.

Id personally love to see a -2/-2 shield drop, and think itd be plenty in-tune with the influx of +5 energy weapons.

Well since we have no new leads, I'm gonan brainstorm a shield.

Protector's Shield
+5 Energy
-5 dmg (20%)

Fluid Defense
-2 Enchanted
-2 Stance

Come on, come up with some sword/shield ideas for the "unknown" greens.

Monks will get another weapon as Kephkets came about to add something to the area to stop botters from 24/7 farming of griffons.

I went down to Kessex Peak on my ranger and stuck poison arrows in everything for a bit, no greens dropped, and nothing has changed down there.

A Rit with Shelter is key for taking down Rotscale with all the FoC and DE's he throws around.
A Ranger with Practiced Stance/Choking Gas is good too.

When did Verata become a lvl 24 boss?

I thought the sword was Rajazan's Fervor?

The same time the other bosses became 24/28: this last update. Why do you think I'm saying they may have greens. >.> I didn't sit around to kill them.
